Summit Waves

Monday, Eric and I took the day for ourselves. We went book shopping at the Borders that is going out of business, had lunch at Logan's Roadhouse, and saw Horrible Bosses. We also made an exciting trip to Sam's Club before picking the kids up from school. It was so nice to have an entire day for just the two of us!

Tuesday we took the kids to Summit Waves water park in Lee's Summit. The kids had a blast and it was very affordable. We will definitely be adding this to our list of things to do next summer. Kaiden LOVED going down the slides. Endless fun!!!
Can you spot Kaiden in the midst of kids? They had lots of fun water guns, sprayers, and buckets going.

Chillin' pool side with my Keakers

Hosin' down some kids

Madie at the bottom of the big red slide

Kealy loved this little sprayer. She kept sticking her tongue out and licking the water like a dog. It's a salt water pool...LOVED the no chlorine!

Relaxin' in the lazy river. It was shallow enough that Madison could touch, and she thought she was so big! We are getting ready to go under the bridge with the sprayers.....

"Oooohhh Dad, it's a spooky bridge!"

Our beautiful girls...Kealy trying to drink the water again!

More sprayers!!!

Taking a snack break

We got some Dippin' Dots for a snack. This was the first time they have had them and they just thought it was so cool and yummy!!!

Kealy thought she was super cool with her pink shades. I have to agree!
