Labor Day weekend means it's time for the annual
Wathena Fall Festival! Since Eric's family pretty much comprises 1/2 of the town's population, we were surrounded by family and friends. I even ran into a girl I went to high school/college with that I hadn't seen in probably 7 years!!! We met up with Grandma, Grandpa, Leah, and Ella and headed over for some fun. Madison loved riding the merry-go-round with Grandma and Leah.
She wanted to sit on the bench with Grandma while Leah rode the horse in front of them.
Next stop, the jumper, probably one of
Madie's favorite things to do. While she was jumping
Kaiden was busy running around and letting Daddy chase him. He was more fascinated with the cables, big tires, and nasty old popcorn on the ground. GROSS!!!!
Several of Eric's relatives sang in the Sister Act performance Saturday night. It was quite the show.
Leah and
Madie rode the airplane ride twice, I think they liked this one the best.
The evening wouldn't be complete without a trip to the Dairy Barn! Eric and I treated the girls while Grandma and Grandpa took the little ones back to the car. What a great evening!!!
