We had yet another busy week in the Bahr household....Tuesday I had all three kids home with me, and we had a great day. We made our first trip together out in public! I was a little nervous, but the kids did awesome! We went to the Dollar Tree of all places. Madison wanted some balloons, so we went in search of that and found some other trinkets along the way, including some very cool Buzz Lightyear squirt guns. We held hands across the parking lot, Madie and Kealy rode in the cart, and Kaiden held my hand the whole time. I was really worried that they would be grabbing everything and tears and fights would ensue, but they were very well behaved. Our only little mishap was when we were checking out and Kaiden bumped into a stack of styrofoam coolers and about 6 of them came tumbling down! After that we went to the park, but it was pretty warm out, so we didn't stay long. I was hoping to get the pool or the sprinkler out after naps, but it ended up clouding over and raining.
Tuesday after lunch I started getting a really bad stomach ache, with pain radiating to my back. I laid down hoping to find some relief, but got none. I even tried taking a walk, but nothing would help. So as soon as I could on Wednesday I contacted my PCP. He was able to see me that afternoon. We ran blood work, urine test, and did an ultrasound of my gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, and liver. I even got a wart on my finger frozen off! Two hours and $120 later I was on my way. They called me today and said that everything checked out fine and to try some Prilosec to see if that helps. Although I am feeling better today, I highly have my doubts that it was heartburn. Especially since I have been eating oatmeal, salad, and fruit the past week. Guess it's hell getting old!
Wednesday I also contacted Kealy's doctor, as the thrush in her mouth has not completely gone away. AHHHHHH!!!! I was glad that they just called in a refill on our Rx and said that it could take 2-4 weeks for it to completely go away. PERFECT!!!!
Thursday was a long day at work and then scrambling to do laundry and pack for the weekend. Today was also busy and then a mad dash to get home, load the car, and head to St. Joe for alumni weekend. Eric's first basketball game was at 7. I dropped him off at LB at 6:40 and then headed over to Mom and Dad's for dinner. I quickly ate, fed Kealy, and drove back to LB just in time to see them walking off the court. The game was over! Hopefully they'll keep winning so I can see him play. He loves this time of year! Looking forward to relaxing with friends and family this weekend, and my little Kealy turns 4 months old tomorrow! Pictures of that little squirt to come soon!!!!

Sorry to hear about the stomach problems. I know the feeling, but it is ususally my own fault. After eating 10 sack and save chili dogs in st joe a couple weeks ago. I just knew that this was my own prison I created. A prison full of CHILI DOG MADNESS
