It seems like we've gotten into the habit of making sugar cookies for every
occasion now! Mostly because I buy some cute sprinkles or cutters at the grocery store for whatever the holiday might be. Easter was no exception, and Madison does enjoy helping in the kitchen.
WHOOPS!!! Mommy made a big mess, spilling half of the sprinkles on the counter! Fortunately, we were able to salvage them, and put them back in the jar.
We had a really nice evening at my parents house with the
Seilers and my Grandma joining us for dinner. Matt and Kristen were also able to come over, and it was nice to get to see them and Kristen's engagement ring! After dinner the kids got baths and then waited downstairs for Grandma to bring down their Easter baskets.
Madie sat in the chair and closed her eyes...no peeking!!!
She got a new coloring book and of course some candy.
Kaiden got a new train that lights up and makes noises. He absolutely loved it!
