Eric and I had a pretty low-key Valentine's, in fact, I had bought a card for him 2 weeks before since I knew I would be busy with a new baby, and I totally forgot where I hid it! Man, old age is really setting in! Well, it just so happened that I found it the other day when I was cleaning out one of my dresser drawers. So tonight I surprised him with a nice dinner and his Valentine's card. I even broke out the good china and some Valentine's place mats my Mom had got me years ago!
We had chicken cordon bleu, crab stuffed mushrooms, and a baked potato.
For dessert, Eric's favorite, mini cheesecake bites with strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate. I tried to make it all fancy!

You're so cute! I love it that you guys are drinking big glasses of milk rather than wine....shows that there are still 3 kids around the house. hehe.
Hahaha! Yeah, we're pretty exciting around here. We did split a glass of one a few nights ago! Wooohooo!!!
