Last year we attempted a gingerbread house from a kit that I had bought at the grocery store. We had a heck of time getting that thing together, so this year I opted for the foam version from Michaels! 
Kaiden laid the pieces out while Madie and I established the foundation.

We ended up having to put Kaiden to bed so we could actually finish the house by the end of the year, but the finished product turned out pretty cute. We also managed to get glitter over 99% of the kitchen, which Eric had the pleasure of sweeping up this morning!
