Baby B

It took me a while to get these images scanned and re-sized, but here are the first pictures of Baby B, (no, she doesn't have a name yet!). We had our first ultrasound a few weeks ago, and everything is looking great and right on track. We'll have another ultrasound in a couple of weeks because I have a "low lying placenta" which simply means the placenta is located close to my cervix instead of on top of my uterus where it usually is. Dr. Doan said it should move into place, so hopefully no worries there. In other news, I tweaked my back this A.M. getting read for work! I heard it pop, and usually it'll pop back into place, not this case this time! So I hobbled into work and was able to have one of the physical therapists exam me. He said that my left hip is tilted forward and that my sacrum has twisted some which is putting pressure in my lower back. Every time I try to walk I try to compensate with my right side, which creates a whole other series of problems! AHHHHH!!! He stretched me out, and got my back to pop again, and ever since I got home I've been sitting on the heating pad, so hopefully tomorrow will be better. But enough about me and my aches and pains. Here are some pics of Baby B with more to come in the next few weeks. ENJOY!!! This is a left profile picture and she has her hands up in front of her face like she's blocking a punch. Guess she's feeling a little cramped! Little does she know her 1 bedroom compartment is only going to get smaller!!! TIP: look for the tiny arrows in the picture to try and find what you should be looking at :)
This one is of her foot/leg. It's easier to see on the right photo of this picture. You can see her foot, tibia, and fibula bones. Let me tell you, she is a kicker! Eric got to feel her for the first time on Sunday, which is one of my favorite parts of being pregnant.
This last one is looking straight down on her face. Poor kid looks like a little alien right now, but I know she'll come out cute as a button. Can't wait!!!
