Happy Valentine's Day!

This Valentine's got off to a great start simply for the fact that Kaiden finally slept thru the night! I hope he's starting to get over his ear infection. Eric fixed us a delicious breakfast before we all piled in the Diamante for the last time to head up to St. Joe and purchase our first minivan. We shopped around and most of the dealerships in KC were sold out of the 2008 Hyundai Entourage's we were looking for. Fortunately, we were able to find one for a great price at a dealership in St. Joe. We dropped the kids off at my parents' house and headed over to sign the papers. We were just thankful that Eric's car made the trip and that we were able to get rid of it before another major repair was needed. This will be his car and he is so excited to have a new, reliable vehicle! I have to admit, I've always been turned off to minivans, but I really think I'm going to like this. I love how much room there is, the mirror that flips down so I can see the kids in the back, and my very own temperature controls for the passenger side! On our way home Eric said, "Gosh Bridge, what are we going to do to top this Valentine's next year?" I said, "New House???" and he just laughed. "You always have to be the comedian" he said.
