This past weekend, Larry and Christie came down to help us get some work done on our house. I guess I should say that Eric and Larry mostly worked, while Christie, Madison, and I "worked" on our tan! Larry helped us straighten a tree in the back yard, gave the lawn mower a tune up, cleaned out the gutters, and insulated a pipe under our bathroom that froze last winter. If only he could have fixed our squeeky fridge!!! Meanwhile, Christie watched Madison so that I could get some much needed shopping done! In the afternoon we went to the pool to cool off. We had a great weekend, and we really appreciate Larry's help with everything. Now we're getting ready for a trip to Florida for Darrell and Nicki's wedding, and Madison will spend the week with Grandma and Grandpa Bahr. She's helping me get her clothes folded and packed up. She loves doing laundry!
